Nektan boosts player management with launch of Newlette CRM and enhanced business intelligence tools

Nektan PLC (AIM: NKTN), a leading international B2B gaming solutions and services provider, has significantly enhanced its player management offering by partnering with Newlette.
Newlette uses science to increase customer lifetime value, loyalty and entertainment. Through 48 machine learning algorithms, Newlette models player behaviour, presenting the optimum offers and bonuses, based on individual playing styles, to increase engagement and reduce bonus costs.
Its experienced marketers and data scientists will complement Nektan’s existing successful customer relationship management (CRM) offering with a bespoke strategy that helps to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability across Nektan’s white label network.
Nektan has also introduced enhanced business intelligence reporting tools to produce detailed behaviour analytics, which will also be made available to its network partners, allowing them to analyse their own data.
